Main Responsibilities:

  • Align Kimberly-Clark SSA strategic deployment with Global and Regional vision.
  • Spearhead profitable expansion of Personal Care across markets.
  • Execute Brand Operating Plans, achieving annual business targets.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen market position and profit potential.
  • Partner with Regional Sector Leaders for capability build and support programs.
  • Lead talent management development plans across sectors.
  • Embed Kimberly-Clark Ways of working, including the Kimberly-Clark Way of Brand Building.
  • Drive digital transformation for consumer communications.
  • Represent Marketing in the SA Leadership Team.
  • Lead marketing team to deliver results and achieve full potential.
About You: You're driven to perform at the highest level with a passion for making a difference. As a graduate with a degree in marketing or a related area, you bring at least five years of continuous work experience. You appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring and value sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.

Essential Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification (commercial base essential) and a minimum of 7 years at a Senior Management level.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Senior Sales Management experience leading and managing a sales team.
  • Proven track record of delivering Marketing and Sales results through others.

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial Acumen.
  • Marketing competencies (KCWBB).
  • Digital Marketing Experience (PESO Model).
  • Financial Decision Making.
  • Category & RGM Management.
