You will not only requires a sharp eye for visual detail but also mandate the ability to forecast design trends, understand customer needs, and integrate practical innovation into projects.
Agency: Advertising.
Office Based: Daily Commute, JHB based.
Permanent: Full-Time.
Level: Senior.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing and overseeing the design briefs and projects from inception to completion. Inspire and coach the design team. Ensuring all designs meet quality standards and are delivered within budget and time constraints. Presenting design concepts to stakeholders and management teams. Conduct market research and trend analysis to keep designs innovative and competitive.
Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field is essential. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design leadership role within the industry. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools. * Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth in successful design projects is recommended.
