Minimum Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an e-commerce or agency environment
Experience in basic motion graphics or video editing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and design tools like Canva
Strong eye for typography, colour, and composition
Ability to work quickly under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
A portfolio demonstrating creative execution across digital marketing assets
Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign and creative concept development
Translate campaign concepts and briefs into creative visual and written outputs.
Conceptualise and design dynamic marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and internal teams to fulfil creative briefs efficiently.
Ensure all work aligns with core brand positioning and guidelines.
Design and production of marketing assets
Design and develop high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, including:
+ Digital ads
+ Social media graphics
+ Email banners
+ Website visuals
+ Event collateral
+ Brochures and presentations Create digital content and simple animations for social media, websites, and other communication platforms.
Assist in the execution of larger marketing campaigns by adapting key visuals across multiple platforms.
Design and update website banners, promotional assets, email marketing visuals, and product imagery.
Source and edit product images to enhance their appeal.
Internal communication and brand management
Create design assets to support internal communications initiatives.
Maintain a well-structured library of design templates and brand assets for internal use.
Ensure consistent application of brand strategy and design preferences across all materials.
Production coordination and quality control
Liaise with internal and external vendors, suppliers, and printers.
Facilitate reproduction and printing, including proofing and quality control (QC).
Workflow and professional development
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines.
Translate, generate, and execute briefs effectively and independently.
