They are seeking a full-time Marketing CRO & Automations Specialist to join their team. This role combines technical automation expertise with strong analytical and creative skills in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You'll work closely with U.S. and Argentina-based team members, collaborating with designers, developers, project managers, and strategists to execute and optimize marketing campaigns that convert.
As a Marketing CRO & Automations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing thier marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, and reporting tools -- while also leading optimization initiatives across landing pages, email funnels, and ad-to-funnel experiences.
You'll use data-driven experimentation and user insights to increase conversions, engagement, and overall funnel performance. This role blends technical execution with analytical problem-solving, creative hypothesis testing, and strategic recommendations.
