Key Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and schedule daily email campaigns using our email marketing platform Bloomreach
• The ability to generate ideas or solutions that are new and unique.
• Apply audience segmentation and ensure correct targeting for each campaign
• Perform rigorous QA checks to ensure emails render correctly across devices
• Collaborate with internal brand teams to ensure all assets are ready and correct as per guidelines
• Maintain the email campaign calendar and ensure timely execution
• Track and report on performance metrics (open, click, bounce, unsubscribe rates)
• Support with A/B testing, UTM tagging, and campaign tagging

Qualification & Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing
• Diploma in Marketing or similar
• Familiarity with email platforms advantages (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics and reporting
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
