Build, test, and schedule daily email campaigns using our email marketing platform Bloomreach
The ability to generate ideas or solutions that are new and unique.
Apply audience segmentation and ensure correct targeting for each campaign
Perform rigorous QA checks to ensure emails render correctly across devices
Collaborate with internal brand teams to ensure all assets are ready and correct as per guidelines
Maintain the email campaign calendar and ensure timely execution
Track and report on performance metrics (open, click, bounce, unsubscribe rates)
Support with A/B testing, UTM tagging, and campaign tagging
Qualification & Experience
2-3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing
Diploma in Marketing or similar
Familiarity with email platforms advantages (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines
Basic understanding of marketing metrics and reporting
Ability to work independently.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
