Job Description

1.

Product and Brand Content Management and Distribution:



Monitor, consolidate and disseminate relevant Global content updates for tiered product stories, brand assets and press releases to internal stakeholders, agencies and wholesale partners. Consolidate and build tech and brand educational material and share with all relevant stakeholders incl. Wholesale + Wholesale.com; Sales; Brand; Ecom and Agencies Foster relationships with key wholesale partner marketing teams and internal sales teams. Ensuring constant contact and effective delivery of all content needs, in accordance with product orders and special projects, guided by relevant marketing calendars, Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale Consolidate sell-off reports and compile internal reports. Work with agencies to create POS solutions and marketing collateral and ensure on time delivery in budget. Maintain constant sharing of marketing plans and product updates with internal stakeholders. Coordinate the execution and communication of in-store marketing collateral and updates for key campaigns, seasonal Always On, aligned to the marketing calendar and bespoke promotional activities. Similarly collaborate with E-com team, content agencies and Paid agencies to manage the execution of marketing calendar on respective digital retail platforms Manage calendar / campaign product inventory for launches, relevant to calendar and alongside agency for timeous delivery of seeding products for go-live Administer and manage the distribution of promotional merchandise for various needs, such as partner drops, product seeding, and photo shoots. In collaboration with Merchants, build exciting and relevant product drops for specific needs and objectives and oversee they're on time, in full delivery.

Product Flow Alignment and Delivery of Marketing Promotional Merchandise:



Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate and communicate the Brand Advertised Article Tracker (BAAT) process and monitor the ETA of products relevant to marketing calendars across channels Disseminate key brand communications and product launch updates from Global Principal to internal stakeholders and agencies.

Influencer and Brand Partner Relationship Management:



Stay informed of on-brand SA culture Key Opinion Leaders, local culture trends and events, to advise and add value to influencer, word of mouth strategies and Reebok's "friend of Reebok" KOL list. Grow and maintain relationships with brand partners and influencers, ensuring the timely delivery of agreed-upon objectives. Manage inventory throughout the season, stock-levels, distributions vs returns to ensure effective stock count of units, and efficient use of seeding budget Brief agencies monthly with brand initiatives and opportunities, including upcoming key product stories and Always On product drop priorities. Brief Paid digital agency and share respective content and agreed marketing spend within budget. Create content, brief agencies and execute CRM strategies, including customer newsletters and SMS sends. Review creative outputs to ensure on-brand articulation and adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines and best practices. Oversee progress of agency delivery and assist agencies in executing plans across marketing channels and campaigns.

Event Execution and Branding Asset Management:



Assist in executing events and interventions through agencies and direct activations. Manage branding assets inventory through procurement, maintenance, quality assurances and their movement Consolidate agency and agreed internal reports, into efficient formats for Global and Internal stakeholder reviews at specified dates and frequencies. Build informative reports of internal projects and initiatives delivered. Assist with customer, industry and competitor research activities in-store, in the general marketplace and compile reports Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Visual Merchandise, Shipping, Retail Operations, Merchandise, E-com, Distribution Centre and Planning Departments.

Budget Management and Supplier Relations:



Create and manage POs for all suppliers and stakeholders as agreed by Marketing Manager. Maintain a close relationship with finance to ensure all POs are actioned. Ability to manage budget and spend, to ensure projects are curated within spend, and overall monthly roll-up / actuals are aligned to forecast Keep governance of the Budget Tracker document ensuring always up to date and accurate.

Education & Experience Requirements



Essential: Matric and relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing. Essential: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role within a retail/fashion environment. Benefit: Tech knowledge, understanding of the product, or other brand and tech knowledge relevant to product + retail landscape Benefit: Retail experience, either in-store or working with DTC or Wholesale customers
