Job SummaryPurpose of the position:The marketing coordinator is in charge of all aspects of marketing, from content production and digital campaigns to event organization, with the goal of engaging target audiences and pushing the company's growth.Responsibilities:

  • Market research and analysis: Market research should be conducted to determine trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape. Analyze data to gain insights that can be used to inform marketing efforts.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage social media, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives as part of a digital marketing effort. Campaigns should be optimized for lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: CRM systems and techniques are to be used to manage customer data, track customer interactions, and nurture customer relationships.
  • Market Strategy Execution: Implement marketing strategies that are in line with the company's goals and target markets. Work with the general manager to identify tactics that will increase brand awareness and growth.
  • Content creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant content for a variety of marketing channels, such as websites, social media, and print materials. Ensure that messaging and brand representation are consistent across all communication mediums.
  • Marketing Communications: Creating and carrying out marketing communication strategy in order to effectively contact the target audience. This includes developing marketing collateral, managing advertising campaigns, public relations, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Event planning and participation: Coordinate and support the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows and exhibitions. Represent the company and its products effectively at events.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance or marketing campaigns using relevant tools. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and insights.
Minimum requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.
