You'll be part of a dynamic team, helping to shape and share the estate's exceptional brand story. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Assist in developing and executing multi-platform marketing campaigns ? Manage social media accounts (content planning, creation & community engagement) ? Coordinate photoshoots, events, media visits, and brand activations ? Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment ? Collaborate with sales, events, and hospitality teams to promote estate experiences ? Track market trends, monitor competitor activity, and analyse campaign performance ? Manage mailing lists and coordinate email newsletters & promotional materials ? Support PR efforts, media liaison, and press release coordination ? Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms ? Key Requirements: ? Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field ? Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (hospitality, tourism, or wine industry preferred) ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ? Proficiency in social media platforms, digital tools, and basic design software ? Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects ? Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and design ? Able to work independently and within a collaborative team environment ?
