The ideal candidate will be a master of social media, a talented content generator, and a proactive marketing professional. You will play a key role in shaping their brand's narrative and driving marketing efforts forward. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand perception and awareness.
Content Creation: Conceptualize, create, and prepare engaging online content, including for our social media platforms, newsletters, and website.
Social Media Management: Maintain and grow social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
Marketing Collateral: Design and update catalogues, brochures, and weekly/monthly specials to support sales and promotional activities.
Lead Generation: Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads through various marketing channels.
Events: Plan and coordinate the brands presence at exhibitions and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Communication: Craft compelling newsletters and other communications to keep audiences informed and engaged.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a marketing role, either within an agency or in-house.
Design Skills: Proficiency in design software (Adobe & Canva) is essential for creating marketing materials.
Social Media Expertise: Demonstrable experience and skills in managing social media platforms and creating viral content.
Industry Knowledge: Experience and awareness of the latest industry trends and best practices.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Tech-Savvy: Highly computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
