Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our clients team in Johannesburg North. This is a permanent, onsite role. You will be responsible for a wide range of marketing functions, from administration and coordination to implementation of processes that support the marketing department. You will manage processes, suppliers, and finances, and also be involved in executing campaigns, events, and content development. Your work will help enhance the customer experience and contribute to the company's overall revenue and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Administration and Operations: Manage licenses, stock, supplier contracts, invoicing, and payments. You will monitor and reconcile marketing budgets and provide financial reports.
• Supplier and Stock Management: Handle supplier relationships, procurement, and distribution of marketing materials to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality control.
• Campaign and Project Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, event, and partner channels. You'll also plan and manage brand activations and events.
• Content and Communications: Develop content calendars and communication plans. You'll also create and distribute email campaigns and assist with content creation and copywriting.
• Creative and Brand Management: Contribute to creative brainstorming and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and are up-to-date.
• Product and Channel Support: Provide marketing support to internal growth teams and external partners.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Drive customer acquisition by coordinating and executing go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing and/or operations.
• Education: A Degree or Diploma (NQF Level 7) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Skills: You must be creative, innovative, and have the ability to work cross-functionally.
