The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in executing campaigns, coordinating events, and enhancing our brand presence across various channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, content management systems)
Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
Duties
Campaign Execution:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Content Creation:
Support the creation of engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials
Maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles
Event Coordination:
Support in the execution of marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches
Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and promotional materials
Manage event registration and attendee communication
Market Research:
Conduct Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Assist in developing and implementing brand guidelines
Support the creation of promotional materials that align with the brand's image and values
Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and organizing files
Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
Support in internal communication campaigns
