We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and self-motivated
Marketing Coordinator
who will support our day-to-day content creation, campaign planning, social media management, and general marketing admin. You'll play a key role in boosting brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting client acquisition through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media
Develop and schedule engaging social media content (graphics, captions, short videos, reels)
Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Monitor, respond to, and engage with online communities
Collaborate on visual branding and messaging consistency
Marketing Campaigns
Assist in the ideation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
Track campaign results and report analytics
Recommend and experiment with new trends (hashtags, formats, viral content)
Client Lead Generation
Design and deploy simple lead funnels (via Linktree, Canva, email capture tools and website)
Create content that converts (e.g., CTAs in posts, "book now" reels, freebie promotions)
Receive commission on successful client sign-ups through tracked campaigns
Admin Support
Upload content to scheduling platforms (HubSpot, Canva)
Maintain content calendar
Help with internal reporting and light documentation
Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva
Strong knowledge of email marketing and scheduling tools
Good copywriting skills and aesthetic sense
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-starter with strong time management and creativity
Nice to Have:
Experience with HubSpot, Trello, or Notion and other CRMs
Experience with paid ads (Meta or Google)
Previous experience working in education or youth-focused brands
