• Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material.
• Data entry and analysis.
• Helping conduct and collate findings from market research.
• Writing targeted content for websites and blogs and updating social media accounts.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members in planning promotional marketing campaigns.
• Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets.
• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
• Maintaining a marketing database via customer surveys and research.
• Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
• Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.
• Understanding company product and brand.
• General office duties.
• Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
• Bulk emailing and ensuring the email lists are kept updated.
• Assist with Monthly Promotions.
• Prepare brief for the designer to put together for Promotions.
• Advice branches of items on promotion so that they can ensure they have sufficient stocks available. Check details and overall presentation of Promotion, before distributing via bulk email.
