The Marketing Co-ordinator will ensure that all marketing related information regarding the centre (covering all events) is communicated and shared with all employees
Responsibilities

Content Development:
Report four success stories a month and send to the Marketing department
On a weekly basis, send pictures and videos of events that took place in the centre to the Marketing department
Quarterly, capture testimonials (interviews/thank you cards/ letters) done by beneficiaries for the Donors
Maintain an updated image library of all Cradle to Career programmes along with centre facilities
Media Engagement:
Build relationships with local media houses in order to receive support and participation during centre events
Supply local media houses with Afrika Tikkun content for publishing
Campaign Support:
Drive employee participation accordingly as per the campaign's requirements
Coordinate beneficiary participation as per the campaign's requirements
Administration:
Lead centre tours to visitors
Create and coordinate a programme plan (day plan) for visitors to further drive engagement with the different programmes
Collect and combine reports (detailed breakdown of the monthly activities) from all the centre departments monthly and send to the Operations Manager
Collect and combine weekly highlights from each programme and send to the Operations Manager
Display Afrika Tikkun branding in all centre events
Display current Afrika Tikkun Marketing content in the centre
Ensure upcoming events are clearly communicated to all staff/beneficiaries and update all notice boards accordingly
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
Matric (Grade 12)
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications and/or relevant qualification
Code 8-14 Driver's Licence
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
