Job Summary A leading restaurant group with dynamic, fast-moving restaurant brands in with established outlets in Cape Town and in various National Parks, seeks an experienced and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and can balance strategic brand building with hands-on campaign execution. Essential Requirements:- o Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications. o Minimum 6-8 years' experience in marketing management, within hospitality, retail, or restaurant industries. o Experience managing multi-brand portfolios or diverse business units. o Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and customer engagement tools. o Excellent copywriting, visual, and conceptual thinking skills. o Experience collaborating with creative agencies, media, and operational teams o KPA's include Brand Strategy & Identity Management - Develop and manage positioning, tone, and brand guidelines for each restaurant; Campaign Development & Execution - Deliver impactful marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches; Digital Marketing & Analytics - Drive online engagement, manage digital channels, and analyse performance metrics; Guest Experience & CRM - Strengthen brand loyalty and repeat visitation through guest engagement programs; Public Relations & Media - Enhance public perception through media and strategic partnerships; Budget Management - Plan, allocate, and track marketing spend for maximum ROI; Team Collaboration - Work closely with operations, HR, and finance to ensure alignment between brand and business objectives Applicants who do not have the specific experience listed above, will not be contacted or corresponded with.
