Purpose

Hogan Lovells is a leading global law firm with 42+ locations, providing business-oriented legal advice and high-quality service across its breadth of practices to clients around the world. Our growing and innovative Marketing & Business Development (M&BD) department is looking for the right candidate to serve as an M&BD Systems Coordinator.

Reporting to the M&BD Systems Team lead, the M&BD Systems Coordinator will play a critical role in the evolution and implementation of the firm's marketing technology initiatives. An IT background will be advantageous.

Key Accountabilities of the Performance Area

  • Maintain and update training resources for various systems including intranet pages, user guides, and videos.
  • Host training sessions on the systems managed by the team.
  • Support on medium to large team projects and lead on smaller projects including project planning and management to ensure projects are successful and meet deadlines.
  • Build and maintain reports for the marketing technology stack.
  • Test and provide feedback on system updates and enhancements.
  • Provide user support through tickets logged on the Service Now platform, while adhering to SLAxe2x80x99s.
  • Review and ensure all content and data in the systems are current and accurate.
  • Maintain and update the taxonomies and data structures within the marketing technology stacks.
  • Advise teams and users on application usage to meet user requirements and needs.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend system performance improvements.
  • Work with vendors and other teams to develop best practices and processes for applications.
  • Support with troubleshooting any technical issues with the technology systems.
  • Perform data privacy and compliance reviews and updates for systems as needed.
  • Review and update backend systems to ensure administrative accuracy.

Title: Grade 12 or equivalent

NQF Level: 4

Title: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in marketing or IT required
