As the Marketing Associate, youll work closely with the Marketing and Strategy Consultant to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will span digital and print design, event support, content creation, internal communication, and brand management across the group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communication Support:
Support the execution of the groups marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
Create engaging internal and external communication content.
Assist Wealth Managers with on-brand collateral and marketing support.
Identify and act on marketing opportunities and ad hoc campaigns.
External Marketing & Events:
Coordinate and support events such as webinars, client functions, and exhibitions.
Manage corporate websites (Wix) and ensure SEO and content accuracy.
Create content for social media, email campaigns (Mailchimp), and LinkedIn profiles.
Liaise with photographers and vendors for brand-related requirements.
Internal Branding & Design:
Maintain and update all marketing materials: brochures, newsletters, banners, presentations.
Ensure the companys corporate identity is consistently applied across all platforms.
Design assets using Canva, Adobe, or other DTP tools.
Manage branded inventory and event calendar.
Admin & Systems Support:
Administer SharePoint dashboards and marketing documentation.
Ensure smooth functioning of marketing systems (Mailchimp, websites, intranet).
Qualifications & Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 3 years generalist marketing experience, including digital marketing, branding, desktop publishing, events, and basic copywriting.
Experience in financial services is advantageous.
Skills & Tools:
Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Design proficiency with Canva or Adobe Suite.
Familiarity with Mailchimp, SharePoint, and WIX (SEO skills a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
