Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will play a key part in supporting administrative tasks, coordinating events, and assisting in the execution of marketing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to grow in the field of marketing.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing teamAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events (internal and external)Maintain and update marketing calendars, contact lists, and event schedulesCoordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings, catering, promotional materials, and staffingPrepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action itemsSupport the creation and distribution of marketing materials, both digital and printHelp manage inventory of marketing collateral and event suppliesAssist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining marketing databases (e.g., CRM, mailing lists)Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other departments as neededPerform general office and administrative duties to support marketing operationsSkills & Qualifications:Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role (internships included) is a plusExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or CRM systems is a bonusEnthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
