Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in
Marketing, Communications, or related field
.
1-2 years' experience in a marketing role (renewable energy or technical industry advantageous).
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and social media management tools.
Basic design knowledge (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite beneficial).
Strong command of English and excellent attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Coordination
Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials (digital and print).
Support internal and external communication in line with Solareff's brand identity.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and monitor Solareff's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Create, schedule, and post engaging content while tracking engagement metrics.
Assist with website updates and other digital communication activities.
Branding & Design
Ensure all materials align with Solareff's brand guidelines.
Liaise with designers, printers, and suppliers for marketing collateral.
Contribute creative input to visual and conceptual designs.
Event Coordination
Assist with planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and provide on-site support.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
Prepare marketing performance reports and track campaign results.
Assist with marketing budget tracking and spend management.
Competitor & Industry Research
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
