Marketing Assistant

Job Description
To provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Department by assisting with the implementation of marketing campaigns, events, brand initiatives, social media management, and administrative duties that contribute to promoting the KCarrim brand and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events. Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (posters, flyers, social media posts, in-store signage). Maintain and update the company's social media platforms and website content. Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback platforms (Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram). Help organize in-store activations, promotions, competitions, and staff incentives. Track stock and distribute promotional merchandise and marketing materials to branches. Assist in market research and gathering competitor intelligence. Maintain a marketing database of images, designs, and promotional records. Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team (minutes, reports, coordination). Liaise with suppliers and service providers for printing, advertising, and promotional items. Assist in monitoring brand consistency and branch presentation standards.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
. A marketing diploma/qualification is an advantage.1-2 years experience in marketing support, promotions, or retail marketing
preferred. Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Good administrative and organizational abilities. Basic graphic design or Canva experience is a plus. Social media management experience an advantage. Creative, energetic, and able to work under pressure.Job Type: Full-time
