Job Description



:
Job Role: Execute daily administrative work for the supervisor.

Main Accountabilities
1. General secretarial duties to the supervisor such as correspondence, scheduling appointments, email and mail processing, presentations etc.
2.To make travel arrangements for the supervisor and make the necessary bookings.
3.To organize events, such as internal and external meetings, conferences, visits from guests, business conferences etc.
4.To be in charge for the administration of confidential files (e.g contract management)
5.To manage other assigned tasks within the company such as HR, M&S, QC, IT, G&S, Logistics, DRP or SHE etc.
6.To sort all different documents (various correspondences and invoices etc.) and file them accurately to keep archives up-to-date

Required qualifications and skills


  • Fluency in oral and written in English (fluency in other languages an asset).

  • College degree or above Several yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a comparable position

  • Ability to communication effectively

  • To show discretion, trustworthy, dedication and loyalty.

  • Must reside in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa

  • Fully Bi-lingual Afrikaans and English

  • Computer Literate, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Marketing experience will be an advantage.
