Purpose of the Job:
Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking for a bright and young talented Marketing Assistant to provide efficient and professional marketing assistance and support to their Head Office Marketing Team
Required Qualifications
- Degree or National Diploma (3-year) or equivalent
- At least 2 years Marketing Administration experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite essential
- Design skills- advantageous
- Good attention to detail and able to produce work of a high quality
- Assisting with the collation of information for promotional literature;
- Work with relevant sponsor to arrange and conduct the sponsorship event in line with approved budget
- Franchise/Agent Marketing and Advertising support
- Assisting the Marketing Coordinator with the maintenance of the clientxe2x80x99s Identity brand standards
- Receiving and submitting advertising and branding requests in line with corporate identity
- Assisting the Marketing Coordinator with coordinating and processing purchase requisitions for RSA and International franchise showrooms
- Customer Service , Office Administration & Event Assistance
- Highly organised with the ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Self-starter xe2x80x93 has the ability to work unsupervised and manage own time and activities
