Minimum Requirements



Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration 2-3 years in marketing support or coordination Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva) Detail-oriented, proactive, organized; good communication/interpersonal skills; team player; multitasking and learning-oriented

Duties & Responsibilities



Administrative & Operational Support





This is the core of the role, ensuring the team is organized and efficient.


Scheduling & Coordination:

Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and books rooms for the marketing team.

Document Preparation:

Helps create, format, and proofread marketing presentations, reports, and briefs.

Inventory Management:

Tracks inventory of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, swag, promotional items) and places orders when needed.

Invoice Processing:

Assists with processing purchase orders and tracking marketing invoices and budgets.

Campaign & Project Execution Support





They help bring marketing campaigns to life by handling specific, assigned tasks.


Content Preparation

: Assists in drafting simple social media posts, blog content, or email newsletters based on guidance from a manager.

Event Support:

Provides crucial on-the-ground support for events and setting brand activations, handing out materials, checking in brand ambassadors, and managing logistics.

Digital Asset Organisation

: Helps maintain the digital asset library (e.g., organising photos, logos, past campaign materials).

Research & Monitoring





They are often tasked with gathering information to inform the team's strategies.


Market Research:

Conducts basic online research on industry trends, competitors, or potential new markets.

Social Media Monitoring

: Monitors social media channels for comments, tags, and mentions, flagging important ones for the team.

Reporting & Analysis





They help track the performance of marketing activities.


Data Collection:

Gathers basic data and metrics from social media, website analytics, or email marketing platforms. *

Report Preparation:

Helps compile data into simple reports or dashboards for managers to review.
