Job Summary GENERAL DUTIES

• Assist in developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Support marketing campaign planning and execution
• Write copy for marketing collateral, including but not limited to promotional emails, social media posts, website copy.
• Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
• Assist in admin around lead generation campaigns and online sales.
• Assist in conducting market research and industry data collection.
• Contribute required information for the preparation of reports and dashboards.
• Assist in identifying potential social media campaigns for increasing brand awareness and promotions.
• Assist the organization to plan and host new marketing events.

WEBSITE ADMIN

• Support in ensuring the maintenance of the Company website by assisting in loading new products and removing discontinued products.

SOCIAL MEDIA

• Collaborate in creating, and posting content for social media platforms.
• Assist in maintaining social media platforms and corresponding with the audience.

EMAIL MARKETING

• Aid in preparing emails and newsletters for distribution to current and prospective clients.

Requirement:

• Grade 12
• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Marketing or Communications
• Post matric qualification will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.)
• Excellent time management
• Good administrative skills with special attention to detail
• Aged between 18 and 34
• Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
