We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Department, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting a team, able to step up when needed, and comfortable working independently.
What You'll Do
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up on marketing campaigns, events, and content deliverables.
Manage marketing assets, including images, videos, copy approvals, website updates, and collateral.
Coordinate with external partners, including designers, digital agencies, and paid media consultants.
Monitor and update social media platforms; prepare basic reports on campaign performance and engagement.
Support SEO activities such as keyword tracking, meta updates, and reporting.
Provide administrative support to the CEO's Executive Office.
Handle correspondence, meeting briefs, and document management.
Manage ad-hoc projects across departments, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in marketing, administration, or office support.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (Hubspot experience a plus).
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
