Who Are You?
You're as comfortable on Capcut creating viral videos as you are writing copy for corporate campaigns. You love content and authentic brand content. You have 1 - 2 years experience in marketing or a degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing. You enjoy making a big impact on a small team. You take constructive criticism in your stride, understanding business goals and objectives come first. You are creative with an energy and willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across all Lion Roars properties
Create engaging content (copy, images, short videos/reels) for social media platforms, newsletters, and websites
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and basic analytics reporting for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Support with monthly email campaigns and blog updates (and keeping these databases clean and up to date)
Update and maintain content on property websites and booking platforms
Coordinate marketing materials and collateral for use across properties
Liaise with managers on property to gather content, updates, and event details
Monitor brand presence online and support with community management
Assist with press/media enquiries, image requests and general marketing admin
Requirements
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing or content role (internships included)
Strong written and visual communication skills
Confident with social media platforms and content trends
Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Photography/video skills a bonus
Well-organised, proactive, a team player
A love for travel, hospitality, storytelling
Knowledge of various platforms such as Capcut, Hubspot, Google Suite, Microsoft Office & Teams etc. a bonus
