Upscale Safari Lodge is looking for a MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER.

Candidate Requirements:

BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Must have 3-5 years of experience and a proven track record in growing social media audiences
Experience in the hospitality industry - specifically in luxury lodges, is advantageous
Should be able to travel to the lodge a few times a month
Experience with OTA (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and more)
Proven results on increasing Accommodation Occupancy
Hands-on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Must have the ability to understand and implement with consistency - brand concept and voice
Must have the ability to engage with people, stimulate conversation and build community
Must have an understanding of and the ability to analyse social media metrics data
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Driver's licence and own transport

Fully remote position - should be able to travel to the lodge a few times a month.
