Are you a dynamic and creative individual with a flair for marketing and a passion for property? Our client, a well established business with a diverse portfolio, is seeking a Marketing & Property Promotions Manager to join their energetic team.
This exciting, hands-on role offers a unique blend of marketing, promotions, advertising, digital content creation, and property coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote commercial office space across platforms and to potential tenants
- Develop and execute promotional events at shopping centres to drive foot traffic and tenant engagement
- Sell advertising space within shopping centres and other media platforms
- Oversee and manage social media and digital marketing content, including campaigns and updates
- Work closely with tenants, clients, and the internal team to ensure successful marketing and property initiatives
- Oversee property rentals and tenant liaison
- Proven experience in marketing, events, or property coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Social media and digital content proficiency (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Canva/graphic tools)
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
- Own vehicle and valid driver's licence essential
