Job Summary Marketing and Digital Manager | Luxury Hotel | Western Cape Salary: R60,000 (Negotiable DOE) Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Digital Manager to join a luxury hotel in the Western Cape. This exciting role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in marketing, brand management, and digital platforms, capable of driving both brand awareness and revenue growth in the competitive luxury hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing and digital strategies aligned with the hotel's brand vision and business objectives Manage and optimise digital platforms, including website, social media, and online advertising campaigns Oversee content creation, including photography, videography, newsletters, and press releases Drive online engagement, track performance analytics, and report on marketing ROI Build and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, and industry partners Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and special events with relevant departments Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth and innovation opportunities Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise impact and visibility Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 5 years' marketing experience, with a focus on digital strategy Experience within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands advantageous Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media management Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a creative flair Ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded This is a rare opportunity for an innovative marketing professional to lead the digital and brand strategy for a prestigious luxury hotel in the Western Cape.
