The Marketing and Digital Administrator provides vital support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordination of marketing campaigns, and efficient administration of marketing processes. This role requires high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
Manage marketing calendars, meetings, and deadlines.
Maintain and update internal databases (e.g., asset libraries, supplier/vendor lists).
Assist with budget tracking, supplier payments, and reconciliations.
Process purchase orders, quotes, and invoice approvals with Finance.
2. Campaign & Project Coordination
Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations.
Liaise with vendors, designers, packaging and labelling suppliers and agencies to track deliverables and timelines.
Support with event logistics and preparation (e.g., branded material, product samples).
3. Digital & Content Support
Coordinate scheduling and publishing social media posts (via Content Calendar).
Collate monthly reports on campaign performance (social, sales uplift, etc.).
Help update website content or product listings (if applicable).
4. Internal Communication & Support
Prepare internal communications for new product launches or promotions.
Assist with creation or formatting of presentations, reports, or marketing decks.
Act as a point of contact for day-to-day queries across departments relating to marketing materials.
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in a packaging and labelling environment
(mandatory).
Proven experience with
artwork development and production approval processes
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
,
Canva
, and
cloud-based file management systems
(e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
Strong organizational skills
with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
Good understanding of
print production processes
and
packaging materials
.
Excellent
written communication
and
copywriting skills
, coupled with strong verbal communication.
Familiarity with
A/B testing
and
conversion rate optimization (CRO)
tools and principles.
