We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Marketing Manager
to take ownership of marketing campaign planning, social media engagement, content coordination, and partner communication. This role is a crucial link between strategy and execution -- ensuring all assets, timelines, and stakeholders are aligned before launch. You'll work closely with the CEO, contributing to the seamless execution of marketing initiatives across web, social, and e-commerce platforms.
This position requires strong digital fluency, organizational skills, and the ability to manage and coordinate various software tools used in campaign development, creative asset management, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Preparation & Coordination
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Prepare timelines, task checklists, and project briefs for execution.
Gather and submit product information, specs, and approvals ahead of creative or web development work.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign requirements are scoped and resourced.
Content & Asset Management
Organize and label product images, copy, and specs for uploads and campaigns.
Source brand assets and guidelines for the design team.
Maintain structured folders of licensed content, Envato stock assets, and campaign materials.
Social Media & Customer Engagement
Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and publish across Instagram, Facebook, and additional platforms.
Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
Support influencer campaigns and ensure message consistency.
Track engagement metrics and escalate key opportunities or issues.
External Partner Communication
Serve as the main contact for e-commerce partners like
Takealot
,
OneDayOnly
, and others -- managing listings, campaigns, and queries.
Liaise with payment providers such as
Float
,
PayFlex
, and
PayJustNow
to ensure smooth campaign integrations and resolve technical issues.
Maintain clear communication between partners and internal stakeholders.
Marketing Administration & Reporting
Prepare campaign CSVs, upload templates, and automation-ready files.
Track basic KPIs and compile reports for internal reviews.
Keep records of campaign communications, status updates, and feedback loops.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the CEO and design team to align project milestones and asset delivery.
Anticipate campaign needs and proactively organize assets, tools, and documentation.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns across digital, social, and e-commerce platforms.

Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years in a marketing coordination, campaign management, or digital operations role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience managing multi-channel social media and community engagement
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online campaign workflows
Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic data tools (e.g., Sheets, CSVs)
Preferred Skills
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
Exposure to Shopify, WooCommerce, or Elementor environments
Basic understanding of automation tools or process automation (Google Apps Scripts or middleware)
Experience working with licensed stock platforms like
