We're Hiring:

Marketing and Customer Relations Specialist

Do you have a flair for marketing and a passion for making customers happy? We are a growing perfume packaging and fragrance oil supplier and looking for a creative, energetic Marketing & Customer Relations Specialist who can bring our brand to life and keep our customers coming back for more

What you'll do:

Create and manage exciting marketing campaigns across social media, email, google ads and more Snap, shoot and share- product photos, videos and content that wow our audience Build strong, friendly relationships with our customers- answer their questions, solve their problems and make them smile Plan promotions, launches and events that make noise (the good kind!) Gather feedback and turn it into action so we keep getting better
What we're looking for:

2+ years in marketing, advertising and customer service experience Confident with video creation & editing tools Social media savvy- you know how to make posts pop. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of B2B marketing a plus
Location: Montague Gardens, Milnerton

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-4pm
