- Lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy to drive business growth and enhance brand positioning.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and monitoring financial performance of campaigns.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, brand collateral, and the company's visual asset library.
- Curate and manage the company's digital presence, including social media, website, and email marketing, ensuring engaging and on-brand content.
- Produce and oversee the creation of digital media content such as videos, photography, and case studies.
- Support business development initiatives by preparing presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and reputation management both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with the executive team and PR agency to maximize press opportunities and manage public communications.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights to the executive team for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, creative, and analytical skills, with a passion for brand storytelling and effective communication.
