Our client, a specialist engineering integration company involved in various ICT, Energy, and specialized projects is looking for an experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to add value to their existing team. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE xe2x80xa2Relevant bachelorxe2x80x99s degree: BA/BCom in Marketing/Communications or other relevant qualifications. xe2x80xa24+ years of marketing/industry experience. xe2x80xa2Sound knowledge of content marketing, writing, editing, proofreading, and preference if the candidate has a background in (ICT and energy) engineering services industry. xe2x80xa2Sound marketing project management and prior experience in the engineering products/consumer industry are preferred. KEY PURPOSES The Marketing Manager partners with the business to develop and implement integrated, strategically aligned marketing solutions and delivers on Digital, PR, written communications, and Brand marketing projects. The incumbent operationalizes strategy through project management and delivers within budget, applying the best partnerships. Operationalizes, aligns, and optimizes large strategic Marketing Projects xe2x80xa2Liaises with different business units to understand the business needs as they relate to marketing and business campaigns. xe2x80xa2Develops and manages the execution of multiple projects from conception to post-implementation. xe2x80xa2Project manages and ensures effective delivery of all campaigns. xe2x80xa2Ensures campaign activities translate into profits or other strategic business objectives and create value for customers and shareholders. xe2x80xa2Oversees short/medium-term planning and optimizes resource allocation across projects. xe2x80xa2Monitors and measures the success of marketing initiatives, drives corrective action, and advises the organization accordingly. xe2x80xa2Guides and enables change management initiatives and communication requirements for all projects. xe2x80xa2Defines and plans delivery of projects from start to completion within the scope, budget, agreed timelines, and specified quality requirements. xe2x80xa2Performs a coordination and liaison role between project team members and business. xe2x80xa2Identifies possible risks and opportunities and provides contingency plans. xe2x80xa2Analyses the internal service delivery processes, identifies areas for improvement, and makes changes to comply with best practices. Build and Manage external relationships and key partnerships. xe2x80xa2Engage with business partners, resolve conflicts, and build effective relationships. xe2x80xa2Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement solutions to business challenges. xe2x80xa2Align key business strategies and goals and ensure deliverables are communicated to internal and external customers. xe2x80xa2Secure necessary documentation and sign-off. xe2x80xa2Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring good communication and clear expectations. xe2x80xa2Facilitate constructive partner meetings.
