Job Description


Our client, a dynamic Advertising and Communications Agency has an exciting vacancy for a Marketing and Brand Manager.

Reporting directly to the Head of Client Service, you will be responsible for managing the TTL KAM team working very closely with the Creative teams to ensure cutting edge creative thinking and implementation.

Requirements:

Completed Marketing-related Degree.

6 or more years of Brand and Marketing Management experience in an agency et or marketing environment

3 or more years of experience having managed teams across multiple disciplines.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a history of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.

Proven Strategic Leadership of Business portfolios

Demonstrative success in leading and developing high-performing marketing/advertising teams.

Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong Omni Channel understanding

Key Responsibilities:

Business Unit Management:

Demonstrate a strong track record in managing retail-focused business unit.

Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve strategic objectives and revenue targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and challenges.

Client Engagement and Leadership:

Cultivate strong client relationships, proactively aligning strategies with Account objectives.

Lead meetings, deliver insightful recommendations, and act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term partnerships.

Entrepreneurial Leadership:

Infuse an entrepreneurial mindset into the role, cultivating innovation and creativity within the team.

Proactively explore and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams.

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, adapting strategies to align with the ever-changing demands of the market.

Project Management:

Bring projects together by overseeing end-to-end project management, from conceptualization to execution and evaluation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire a team of digital marketers and account managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for team enhancement.
