We are seeking a Marketing and Admin Co-ordinator to join our talented team. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a leading provider of Training, Consultancy and Auditing in Quality Management Systems, Environmental Health and Safety, Leadership and HR.
The candidate
The successful candidate will work closely with our Operations Manager and administrative team along with other external Marketing Experts
The Role:
The role will include (but not limited to):
Basic Website edits and blog uploads (with support of external hosting provider);
Oversee lead generation and awareness campaigns - analyse reports and advise on changes/best practices (working with Google ads member of the team);
Basic branding/design of new products / services;
Create regular and various Mailchimp newsletters for various silos of clients;
Develop and maintain CRM management including campaign execution and workflows;
Basic social media channels management
Support clients - answer phone calls, engage, answer questions, advise on best courses etc.
Sales Support - following up on sent email newsletters to sign-up people/campaigns.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience working in a similar position and will have / be:
Hard Skills:
Knowledge of one or more ISO Management System Standards (eg ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485 etc);
Proficiency in CRMs, Google Ads, and analytics platforms;
Basic Canva/Design experience
MailChimp Experience
Basic backend website experience
