MARKETING & ADVERTISING OFFICER - VACANCY

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and tech-savvy individual to manage our marketing and advertising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all social media platforms (content creation, posting, engagement, and analytics) Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility Graphic design for marketing materials (posters, flyers, banners, digital ads) Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes Operate drones and capture aerial photos/videos (where permitted) Edit and compile short marketing reels, promotional videos, and advertisements Plan, promote, and program company events Assist in event planning, coordination, and on-site marketing activities Monitor social media trends and recommend improvements Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Prepare marketing reports and performance insights Support sales and management teams with promotional activities

Requirements & Skills:

Strong computer and technical skills Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) Experience with video editing software Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools Drone operation skills Photography and videography skills Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling ability Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is an advantage 3 years experience Valid drivers licence
