Job Summary REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous
- Digital marketing experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong copywriting and basic SEO knowledge
- Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, and paid ads
- Confident using Canva, Figma, InDesign, and website/landing page builders
- Confident using ASANA (preferred)
- Analytical; competent with high standards of quality and detail orientation
- Organised, proactive, and data-driven
- Proven ability to succeed
- High level of responsibility
- Supportive Team Player
- Plan and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok
- Design social media graphics using Canva and write engaging copy
- Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, automations, and nurture sequences
- Manage data cleanliness
- Build and optimise landing pages and funnels for lead generation
- Manage Google Ads and paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and lead metrics and adjust accordingly
- Manage website updates and coordinate changes with web developers
- Manage property portals (LonRes, Rightmove, Fortuna Website)
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agents, and suppliers
- Design print and digital marketing materials
- Monitor and engage with social media comments and enquiries
