Market and Product Expansion - Senior Associate/Vice President

Job Summary
As a Senior Associate/Vice President in Cross-Currency Solutions within Payments, you will support the growth of the regional and cross-regional FX Payments P&L. You will work with a dynamic, market-oriented product set and contribute directly to the expansion of a key strategic solution for JPMorgan. You will collaborate with sales, product, and market teams to identify opportunities, engage clients, and support business development across MEA.
You will be part of a global team that develops business both within and across regions. Your insights and feedback will help shape product evolution and drive the success of our cross-currency payments strategy.
Job Responsibilities

• Support the strategy for growing the Cross-Currency MEA P&L.
• Manage pipeline activities, including target list development, pre-sales execution, mandate wins, and senior management reporting.
• Lead client presentations and presales activities; coordinate with Payments Sales, Coverage, and FX Sales for targeted client engagement.
• Support senior team members with their sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with Payments Sales, FX Sales, Product Management, and RFP teams to coordinate responses and pricing.
• Provide continuous feedback to Product teams on market trends and client needs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Product-oriented sales experience and acumen.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners - sales, product management, client service, and global bankers.
• BA or BSc from a recognized program or equivalent graduate education.
• Ability to work towards portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of analytics tools.
• Experience or appreciation of cross-border and FX payments landscape.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience in advanced FX, cash management, and merchant acquiring (e.g., hedging and liquidity management).
• Knowledge of the financial institution space and treasury services/cash management solutions.
