Identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect the business and using the data obtained formulate scenarios and strategies to assist the SM in developing the overall business strategy and marketing initiatives.
Strategic & marketing Projects: Perform data analysis, project tracking and status reports for Strategic Projects, formulating data driven marketing initiatives.
Conducting and presenting market and competitor analysis /research for existing and new potential markets
Maintain market intelligence system ( intranet)
Business review document update- tracking projects (business update/projects IQ and other sources on internet)
Assist the Business Manager with the annual business planning process
Manage research companies-subscriptions.
Monthly reports and deep dives
Maintenance of current report PowerBI reports
Develop new reports PowerBI reports
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering / B Com degree (Economics or Finance majors)
Research and Analysis skills (and scenario planning)
Proficient in advanced Excel, MS power point and data modelling
PowerBI
Knowledge of Project Management principles and processes
* 2-5 years
