o Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

o Change Management
o Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
o Assure the alignment of change activities with organizational strategic objectives and define a change management strategy.
o Assess the change impact and organizational readiness for changes.
o Identify and manage anticipated resistance and ensure stakeholder engagement.
o Coach and assist senior managers in fulfilling the role of change sponsors and change drivers.
o Provide direct support and coaching to line managers and supervisors as they facilitate transitions with their direct reports.
o Consult and coach project teams and assist in integrating change management activities into project plans.
o Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.

o Evaluating performance and the company growth plan by compiling, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics with frequent management reporting and forecasting to the Management team and Board of Directors.
