QTP Ltd is a dynamic print and packaging group comprising three fast-growing brands -- QuinnsThePrinters.com, PrintedPack, and Oro Packaging. Operating from our Belfast head office with teams based in South Africa, India, and the UK, we deliver high-quality print and packaging solutions to a diverse client base across Europe.

As we enter a new growth phase, we're seeking a hands-on Managing Director to take over the day-to-day leadership of the business, driving performance across all brands while working closely with the founder on long-term strategy.

The Role

This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the business remotely, driving operational excellence, and continuously improving systems, processes, and profitability.

You'll oversee all areas of the business -- from sales and operations to finance and people -- ensuring that each brand meets its targets while maintaining the culture and standards that have made QTP successful.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of QTP Ltd across all brands and regions. Develop and implement strategies to increase gross profit and improve efficiency. Continuously review, refine, and create systems and processes to improve productivity and scalability. Manage and support remote teams in the UK, South Africa, and India, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent achievement of targets across all brands. Drive collaboration between the three brands to maximise shared resources and cross-selling opportunities. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting in conjunction with the founder. Identify and act on opportunities for innovation, automation, and business improvement. Represent the company's values and maintain a culture of ownership, improvement, and accountability.
Key Requirements

Proven experience in senior management or director-level roles, ideally in printing, packaging, eCommerce, or a related manufacturing/service industry. Strong commercial awareness with a track record of growing profit and streamlining operations. Excellent leadership and communication skills -- capable of managing remote, multicultural teams. Demonstrable success in system development, process improvement, and KPI management. Strong analytical, organisational, and decision-making abilities. Comfortable working independently and reporting at board level.
