Are you ready to lead with vision and build with purpose? A dynamic and fast-growing construction firm is seeking a seasoned Managing Director to spearhead strategic growth, elevate operational excellence, and drive innovation across its portfolio of infrastructure and building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire teams and foster client trust
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Provide strategic direction and executive leadership across all business units
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee project execution to ensure quality, safety, and profitability
- Identify growth opportunities and lead expansion initiatives
- Champion innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree or professional certifications (Pr. Eng, PMP) are a strong advantage
- Minimum 5-7 years in a senior leadership role within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and business development
