Job Title: Manager - Service
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager of Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service, managing a team of service representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager of Service will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, analyze data to identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of service representatives, including recruiting, training, and performance management
Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
Monitor and track key performance indicators and report on progress to senior management
Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for customer service
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in customer service management or a related field
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in customer service
