Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Sales Used Vehicle to lead our used vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the automotive industry. The Manager - Sales Used Vehicle will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing strategies to increase sales, managing inventory, and fostering strong relationships with customers.



Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals Develop sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive market trends and competitors Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to promote used vehicle inventory Manage inventory levels and ensure vehicles are priced competitively Provide training and support to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Solid understanding of the automotive market and industry trends Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
