The incumbent will manage the Production Control and Materials requirements of ain aircraft, ensuring that all maintenance, repairs, modifications, adjustments performed on the aircraft is documented correctly as required by Regulatory Authorities, Company and Customer. Maximising its work force efficiently and enhancing the work environment, ensuring cost effectiveness, prescribing to safety, health and environmental regulations, complying with the customer schedule demands and service level agreements.
Principal Accountabilities
Manage the operating budget for the year on a daily basis.
Ensure that all work is documented in accordance with regulatory requirements, customer and company policy.
Be adaptive to abnormal schedule changes
Ensure that discipline is maintained within the section
To ensure all staff is trained to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
Qualification
Degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering
Holder of a recognised "Aircraft Trade"
Experience
8 years supervisory experience in the Airline industry
Sound knowledge of MEMIS and Impacts SAP R 3
Comprehensive knowledge of ANR and JAR requirements
