Job Description

Introduction:
The main purpose of the job is to oversee and supervise the organizations payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. Provide direction and guidance to the Payroll Administrators, distribute work evenly, audit their work product, perform consolidations and reconciliations.

  • Effective management of Payroll department
  • Payroll Processing and compliance. Preparation and processing of monthly payroll
  • Checking of Payrolls
  • Monthly Payroll Reconciliations
  • Monthly Payroll Reporting
  • Ensure and Maintain Payroll technical knowledge
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Manage Customer centricity
  • To uphold and promote the company values and culture
Requirements:
Grade 12
NQF 5 - Payroll Diploma / Degree
3 - 4 years experience in a similar role
5 8 years payroll administration
MS Office proficiency (Advanced Excel) and Demonstrated proficiency on SAGE 300
Previous supervisory/management skills required
