To provide appropriate support, advice and guidance pertaining to infrastructure optimisation for the allocated regions within a province for the fulfilment of their daily operational needs as well as manage infrastructure requirements and co- ordinate projects.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Education:
National Diploma or Degree in Business or Commercial field
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years in Personal and Private Banking sector
Extensive experience in a service and operational role
Comprehensive working knowledge of branch operational requirements from both branch and client perspectives
Critical Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes
Proven track record in infrastructure optimisation
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Candidates must meet all stated qualifications to be considered for this pivotal role. The successful applicant will be expected to contribute significantly to the operational efficiency and client service excellence of our organisation.
