PURPOSE STATEMENT
To provide strategic, administrative, and operational support to the Office of the CEO. The role is critical in ensuring the effective coordination of stakeholder engagements, strategic project implementation, document management, and office operations in support of the CEO's objectives and the broader organisational strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATION
Diploma Advanced Diploma/B-Degree in Project Management/ Public Management/ Public Administration or Business Administration/ Office Administration or a related field
(NQF Level 7)

KNOWLEDGE AREAS
Project management methodologies and tools (e.g. PMBOK, MS Projects).
(Advantageous)
Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Supply Chain and Human Resources management.

5 years' experience at a middle/senior management level.

Duties and Responsibilities
###
STRATEGIC OFFICE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Provide efficient and cost-effective administration and communication services to the CEO.
Coordinate and manage the CEO's engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee strategic project coordination and track key deliverables aligned with the CEO's priorities.
Support performance management processes for direct reports to the CEO.

OFFICE OPERATIONS AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
Maintain systems and procedures for effective document and information flow within and from the CEO's office.
Develop and manage electronic and manual filing systems for resolutions, reports, and meeting outcomes.
Ensure timely preparation of documents, minutes, and briefing packs for executive and board-related engagements.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate communication and follow-up actions from stakeholder engagements.
Manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

RESOURCE AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
Manage human and financial resources within the CEO's office.
